Board of Governors Rule 1.6 and Title IX determine how WVU will address incidents of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, domestic misconduct, stalking and retaliation.
Title IX protects students and employees who are impacted by sexual harassment, including quid pro quo and a hostile environment. Title IX also protects students and employees from sexual assault, domestic violence, and dating violence and stalking.
